Deer Park Engineering has been the principal Australian manufacturer of the Cameron family of oil drilling and exploration equipment since 1970.

In 1998 Cameron Corporation's Australian division, Cameron Australasia Pty Ltd, moved its operations to a new and modern 5,000 square metre office and warehouse facility adjacent to Deer Park Engineering's site.

Deer Park Engineering has completed many major projects in conjunction with Cameron during the past 37 years including:

• 14 units sub-sea manifolds.
  
  
• 38 units modular sub-sea production systems ("Christmas Trees").
  
  
• In excess of 70 units of guide base drilling templates.

Deer Park Engineering has extensive experience in the machining of block valves, collet connectors, blowout preventers, running and testing tools, hangers and seals and many other oil drilling products.

The company has also established a specialised welding bay for the manufacture repair or refurbishment of these products. Welders are qualified to API standards to weld many types of alloy steels such as 4130, 4140, 410 stainless steel and duplex inconnel.
